Skövde Slaughterhouse AB is looking for a CEO who wants to take overall responsibility for developing and leading the business into the future. We are an established player in the food industry, working with the highest standards of animal welfare, quality, and sustainability. We are now seeking someone who wants to combine strategic leadership with operational responsibility and work to ensure continued successful operations.

YOUR DAILY WORK

As CEO of Skövde Slaughterhouse, you have overall responsibility for the company's development, profitability, and operational management. You report to the board and group CEO and lead the operations through subordinate managers and employees. Your work includes, among other things:

• Planning and driving the business according to the company's strategies and goals.
• Ensuring profitability through financial monitoring, key figure analysis, and business development.
• Leading and developing the organization through active and present leadership.
• Ensuring that work environment, animal welfare, and sustainability are always in focus.
• Driving improvement work within production, logistics, and technology.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone with solid leadership experience in the food or manufacturing industry. You have a strong business sense and the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational engagement. To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in leading and developing production operations.
• Good understanding of finance, key figures, and profitability management.
• Technical understanding of production, automation, and property maintenance.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics optimization.
• An engaging and clear leadership style focused on employees, work environment, and sustainability.
